What's new for 2015?

It’s that time of year again. Tax season! Unfortunately, everyone doesn’t get as excited for tax season as we do, but we’re hoping to change that with a few new tools we’re providing this year to make your life easier.

Online Scheduling: It’s now as easy as a couple of clicks to schedule your initial appointment for your taxes. Throughout our website, you’ll see a  “Book Now” button we’ve added, this will provide you with my availability for you to schedule an appointment at your convenience. Once you schedule an appointment, keep an eye out for a follow-up email on what the necessary information and documents we’ll need.

Secure Document Submission Portal: This option is something I’m really excited about, it will benefit both you and I and it will allow me to get your taxes prepared sooner and more efficiently, meaning a quicker potential refund for you!

We are using software called Intuit Link to securely collect and organize all of your tax information. You’ll receive a digital checklist of what documents and information are needed, as well as the ability to securely upload and transfer the items to me prior to your meeting. Best of all, this can all be done taking photos from your phone or tablet and uploading from there! Another bonus for all you returning customers is your information will be carried forward and you only need to update any changes during the past year.

Video Chat and Web Conferencing: I know that all of you are busy and finding time to meet with me about your taxes isn’t your first priority. That’s okay; we can do everything we need over video chat or using a screen share in a web conference for either your initial meeting or your final review. Let us know what works best for you!
